Tinazzi San Giorgio Dysmè Fiano Puglia IGP 2025 is een frisse witte wijn uit Puglia, gemaakt van 100% Fiano. De naam Dysmè verwijst naar het Griekse woord voor zonsondergang, een mooi detail bij een wijn die draait om aromatische frisheid, bloemigheid en een subtiele exotische toets. Wijngaarden en regio

De druiven komen uit geselecteerde wijngaarden in Puglia, in het zuiden van Italië.

• Ligging / Herkomst: Puglia vormt de zuidoostelijke punt van Italië en omvat ook de Salento schiereiland. De regio staat bekend om veel zon, mediterrane warmte en druiven met rijpe fruitexpressie.

• Wijnlijn: Dysmè maakt deel uit van San Giorgio, de Puglia lijn van Tinazzi. San Giorgio is gericht op moderne wijnen uit Zuid Italië, met druivenrassen zoals Fiano, Primitivo, Negroamaro en Aglianico.

• Wijngaard: De druiven komen uit geselecteerde wijngaarden in Puglia. De oogst vindt plaats tussen de laatste week van augustus en de eerste week van september, zodat de frisheid en aromatische spanning van Fiano behouden blijven.

• Druif & stijl: Fiano is een Zuid Italiaanse witte druif die bekendstaat om structuur, florale aroma’s, citrus, steenfruit en soms een licht nootachtige toets. In deze Puglia IGP stijl blijft de wijn vooral fris, fruitig en toegankelijk.

Vinificatie en rijping

De vinificatie is gericht op aromatische zuiverheid, frisse zuren en een schone fruitexpressie.

• Oogst & verwerking: De druiven worden geoogst op optimale rijpheid, waarna ze worden ontsteeld en zacht geperst. Zo blijft het sap fris en wordt harde extractie voorkomen.

• Vergisting: De alcoholische vergisting start bij een gecontroleerde temperatuur van 17–18 °C. Deze koele vergisting helpt om de florale tonen, citrus en exotische fruitnuances helder te houden.

• Rijping: De wijn rijpt op roestvrijstaal. Daardoor blijft de stijl strak, fris en puur, zonder invloed van hout.

• Technische balans: Met 12,5% alcohol en 5,90 g/l zuren heeft deze witte Puglia IGP genoeg frisheid voor aperitiefmomenten en lichte gerechten.

Druivensamenstelling

Deze witte wijn uit Puglia wordt volledig gemaakt van Fiano.

• 100% Fiano – Puglia IGP: Fiano geeft deze wijn zijn strogele kleur, fruitige aroma’s, florale tonen en frisse, minerale afdronk. De druif heeft van nature genoeg structuur om de wijn net wat meer diepte te geven dan een eenvoudige lichte witte wijn.

Proefnotities en serveertips

Licht strogeel in het glas, met aroma’s van citrus, wit fruit, florale tonen en een subtiele exotische toets. De smaak is fris en mineraal, met een zuivere fruitkern, fijne zuren en een sappige, aanhoudende afdronk.

• Serveertemperatuur: Serveer Tinazzi San Giorgio Dysmè Fiano Puglia IGP 2025 op 8–10 °C, zodat de citrus, bloemen en frisse mineraliteit mooi naar voren komen.

• Gerechten: Schenk bij schaal en schelpdieren, gegrilde vis, vegetarische voorgerechten, salades, burrata, lichte pasta’s met citroen of borrelgerechten met zeevruchten.

So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.

This is a promising, fantastic beginning to what will be a 4-book series. Some readers may be content to read only the first 2 books, but I think you'll find that the story is so good that you'll want to keep reading books 3 and 4. Book 1 is about omega Elvana's introduction to the "Starling" brothers and their search for another missing person, Kelly. It's a bit of a rocky start, with deception and betrayal a key element. Hardly an auspicious beginning. Each member has their own path and purpose in the pack. Their interactions and the resulting narrative are so well-written that I found it difficult to put down. There is a cliffhanger that will have you reaching for book 2 as you finish, so make sure you have it on hand.

I'm not really into mafia books but I love Roxy Collin's other series so I decided to give it a try. It had the same great romance, spice, swoon-worthy characters and exciting plot that are her signature. Arben was my favorite, although it was a bit sudden how quickly he changed from ignoring her to wanting to be pack. There were almost too many twists/layers of lies to keep track of but I'm looking forward to reading the other books. The only thing that detracted from the story for me was the need for a bit more proofreading. It was mentioned that Kelly is a female and male at different points, leading me to think she changed her mind at some point about the character's gender but didn't go back and edit it to align in all places. Like another reviewer pointed out, step siblings are different than half siblings. They are incorrectly referred to as step siblings because they (allegedly) share the same biological dad. There are a few other typos as well but those aren't a big deal.

Not sure if it's due to typos or using him/her wrongly, but I thought Kelly was both a guy and a girl. Actually I still don't know, and it made me incredibly frustrated. It would refer to Kelley as him or he, and then again in another part of the story as her she and sister. On to the next book, I hope there is some clarity and a smoother flow. This is a slow burn, and I just don't know how much I care for the Alphas yet. Idk if I recommend.
